Refund policy
All our specimens are packed with extra care to assure no damage occurs as well as being fully insured during transit for extra peace of mind!
Please note colours on computer screen or phone are as close to the actual colourings of the insect as is possible to reproduce online. some minor differences may occur.
If you receive your item damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. You will also need to take it to your local Post Office and fill out a "Damage Report" to start the refund process as your item is Australia Posts responsibility during transit. You may be required to take photos of the damage, including the box and packaging as well as the item.
You are only entitled to a refund if an item is faulty or has a major problem. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
